Wellesley Hills

Located in Wellesley and close to Boston, the neighborhood of Wellesley Hills is bordered by Babson Park and Wellesley Square. On average, Wellesley Hills is considered to be a wealthy community made up of a mix of newer and older homes, some of which date back to the early 20th century.  Notable landmarks in Wellesley Hills include an array of natural and recreational sites such as Maugus Hill Reservoir, Shaw Common, Abbots Pond, Hunnewell Field, Centennial Park, Peabody Park and the Wellesley Country Club. There are a variety of local shops and larger commercial areas such as the Linden Shopping Center. The community also has its own library, the Wellesley Hills Branch Library. In terms of education, Wellesley Middle School, Wellesley Senior High, Academy of the Assumption and the Wellesley Hills Children’s Center serve the residents of Wellesley Hills. The neighborhood is also very near to Babson College and Wellesley College. One can reach Wellesley Hills by way of the MBTA commuter rail and by Routes 9,16, and 135.
